Charlotte, who is a senior at Ridgefield High School, joined Ms President US for its launch year in 2017. She is thrilled to return for her third year as a teen mentor and as President of the Junior Board where she will lead mentor fundraising and publicity events.
At RHS, Charlotte is a member of the National Honors Society. She is also active in the RHS chapter of Save the Children where she has been the Treasurer and Vice President and is a teen ambassador for Save the Children where she represents RHS to the organization’s headquarters.
Charlotte earned her Gold Award, the highest leadership award possible for Girl Scouts. She was awarded this honor after working with the local non-profit, Family and Children’s Aid in Danbury to help teen girls manage stress and anxiety. She renovated a room and planted a garden in one of their group homes for adolescent girls. She also built a website, www.girlsdestress.com, to help share stress management tips with the greater community.
Charlotte loves to travel and has taken her dedication to service abroad where she lived and served the community in a remote village in Costa Rica.
