
Courtney Allen
Courtney is a senior at Wilton High School. This is her third year as a mentor for Ms President US, her second year on the Junior Advisory Board, and her first year as President of the Junior Board. At Wilton High School she is a co-captain of the varsity tennis team, debate co-captain, Model UN president, and works with several others organizations. In her free time she loves to watch movies, go hiking, and spend time with friends and family. She is looking forward to being a part of Ms. President again this year and empowering young girls to stand up for what they believe in.

Krishaa Bhattacharjee
Krishaa Bhattacharjee is a Sophomore at Ridgefield High School. This is her first year as a mentor and on the Junior Board of Ms President US. She is excited for this year as she strongly believes in girl empowerment and speaking up.

Alexa Blackman
Alexa is a Junior at Horace Mann School and a first time Ms. President mentor, joining to help empower young girls.
In school, Alexa is a tutor and room leader for the Saturday Morning Tutoring Program. She is also the founder and president of the Marketing and Advertising Strategy Club, the Entrepreneurship Chair of the school Business League, and a writer and editor for the school business publication.
Outside of school, Alexa is a volunteer for GLAM (Girls Learning Advanced Math) and a member of the Junior Economics Club of New York.
Alexa loves spending time with her family and friends. In her free time, she enjoys tennis, cooking, art, and shopping! Alexa is excited to be a part of Ms. President NYC!

Savona Bocchino
Savona Bocchino is a senior at Wilton High School and the Vice President of the Lower Fairfield County Chapter who cares a lot about motivating others to get their voices heard and advocating for the environment & sustainability. This is her second year being a mentor for Ms President US, and she is enthusiastic to continue with the program.
Savona leads the WHS Green Team, promoting sustainability within the school. As a strong advocate for sustainable fashion, Savona founded the first Wilton High School Thrift Store providing students and staff with a platform to buy and donate secondhand clothing while promoting eco-friendly practices within the school community. She received the Green Student Award from Wilton Go Green for her determination and dedication to sustainable fashion.
She is passionate about working with the community to find ways to be more sustainable and spoke on a Sustainability in Fashion panel hosted by Wilton Go Green and also spearheaded a sneaker collection drive to recycle and repurpose sneakers, reducing the impact to the environment. Savona runs her own Poshmark account and is also a sales associate for Wildbloom Skincare, a sustainable skincare company.
Additionally, Savona is a Link Leader, guiding incoming freshmen with their transition to high school and also an active member of the Spanish Honor Society.
Outside of school, Savona is a coxswain for Norwalk River Rowing and shares her passion for rowing with all ages, helping to coach and inspire others in the sport.

Alexa Cardello
Alexa Cardello is a sophomore at the Old Saybrook High School. She is an active member in her schools community, participating in student government, the executive board, newspaper club, model UN, school plays and musicals, an is a representative for the Youth and Family Service commission.
Alexa is also in her 13th year of dance, participating in competitions in the spring. In her free time, Alexa enjoys spending time with her friends and walking round town, especially Main Street. She is currently writing a YA novel, and in the future wishes to be a radiologist.

Sophia Carrillo
I am so excited to be returning to the Ms. President program as a now mentor. It really was such a wonderful experience to be around other girls that have the same mindset as I do.
I hope to keep encouraging the younger generation of women to never give up and never let anyone tell him that their opinions doesn’t matter. I hope this year I can be a mentor that these girls can come to for any help or assistance they might need.

Ella Dauer
Ella Dauer is currently a junior at the Horace Mann School in Bronx County, New York, and this is her first year as a mentor with Ms President US. In school, Ella’s favorite subject is history, and she particularly enjoys her Global Environmental History class. Ella is the Managing Editor for “The Review,” her school’s political magazine, and is the Interschool Team Director for the Mock Trial Club. Aside from school, Ella loves to bake chocolate chip cookies and read! Her favorite book is “Where the Crawdads Sing” by Delia Owens. Ella hopes that through Ms President US, she can inspire and teach young girls about civic engagement.

Jaden DeLand
Jaden is a freshman at Ridgefield High School, where she is passionate about leadership and community service. This year, she is thrilled to serve as Ms President US, aiming to inspire younger girls to embrace their potential and become leaders in their communities.
Music is a big part of her life; she has had the honor of performing at Carnegie Hall and actively participates in both choir and orchestra. Volunteering holds a special place in her heart, from her transformative trip to Costa Rica, where she worked with children, to her involvement in local outreach initiatives.
In her free time, Jaden plays volleyball and enjoys singing in the RHS Madrigals and playing violin in the RHS Chamber Orchestra. She believes that every small effort counts and is dedicated to making a positive impact wherever she can.

Megan Dragunat
Megan Dragunat is a sophomore at Wilton High School, and this is her first as a mentor for Ms President US. She is part of the Future Medical Leaders of America, Science Olympiad, French Honors Society, DECA, and HOSA clubs. She also runs track and cross country. As part of Ms President US Megan hopes to empower girls to follow their passions and believe that they can make a difference in our world.

Nora Faherty
Nora Faherty is currently a senior at Wilton High School. She loves to help out in her community!
This is her second year being a mentor. Mentoring is something Nora is very passionate about because she loves working with and helping kids.
In her free time, Nora loves to run, bake, spend time with her friends & family, and volunteer with clubs that she is a part of. At her high school, Nora is a part of the Read to Me club, where she travels to elementary schools to read to kids! She is also a part of the BuildOn club, where she helps raise money to help build schools in low-income countries. She loves to stay active too! She is a long-distance runner for the Wilton indoor track team and a part of the golf team.

Meira Flavin
Meira Flavin is currently a junior at wilton high School. She loves to dance and has been doing it since she was a baby, she teaches little kids how to dance on Saturdays as well as dancing herself. Meira also works at Burn Boot Camp in Wilton to get practical work experience and she wants to make sure that the gym is a safe place for everyone. She also does hair, makeup and costumes for all of the school plays and loves to be involved in her community. She is on the board of the crochet club at WHS, is a part of TIMs, the Forum and is a on the board of the BBYO chapter in her community. In her free time she likes to read, do anything creative ranging from her nails, cutting her hair, to crocheting.

Ahana Gadiyaram
Ahana Gadiyaram is a junior at Horace Mann School. This is her first year as a mentor with Ms President US.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching Netflix, and spending time with her friends and family. She is passionate about social justice and loves spreading awareness about social issues in her community. She also participates in Mock Trial and Parliamentary debate while writing for her school newspaper.

Lilah Gettler
Lilah is a junior at Wilton high school, and this is her second year as a mentor for Ms. President. She is a member of the cross country team and participates in mock trial and debate at her school. She enjoys traveling, skiing, hiking, taking walks, and listening to music as well as learning about history and current events. Lilah wants to help others girls gain the confidence to pursue their passions and speak their minds through working with Ms President US.

Reagan Hurley
Reagan Hurley is a sophomore at Wilton High School.
At the high school, Reagan is the treasurer for the Habitat for Humanity club, and a member of the yearbook, Red Cross, and Key Club. She has also been a Girl Scout for about ten years, and is currently working towards her gold award. In her free time, she also loves to paint, bake, and spend time with her friends and her family.
This is her first year as a mentor with Ms. President US, and is so excited to help young girls find confidence within themselves and discover the impact that they can make on the world.

Zaina Hussain
Zaina Hussain is currently a senior at Friends Seminary! This is her first year mentoring at the Ms President US organization, and she is super excited to get started. Some of her favorite things to do in her free time are spending time with her family and friends, bake, try new restaurants, and get her nails done.
At her high school she participates in several clubs. She is the founder and president of the Muslim Students Association and mentor of the debate team. In the summers, she always goes to visit her family and is a barista. She is looking forward to being a part of the Ms President NYC branch and empowering young girls to take on the world.

Ishanvi Jaiswal
Ishanvi Jaiswal is a sophomore at Wilton High School. This is her second year as a mentor and was a participant of the program in 2023. At Wilton High School, Ishanvi is a part of Science Olympiad, Debate Team, Model UN, and Math Team. Outside of school, Ishanvi is also a mentor for HindiUSA, teaching kids how to learn Hindi. She is also a Kathak dancer and has her own math blog. Ishanvi hopes to continue inspiring young girls to become civically engaged and step into more positions of leadership throughout their lives.

Julia Knispel
Julia is so excited to return for her fifth year as a part of Ms President US, her fourth year as a mentor, and her third year on the Junior Board. She looks forward to helping to empower young girls and give them the skills and confidence to inspire change.
Julia is a senior at Ridgefield High School. At school, she loves to get involved with clubs that allow her to practice her leadership and public speaking skills as a Captain of the Debate, Mock Trial, and Model UN teams.
Outside of school, Julia hopes to make a difference in her community volunteering her time as a philanthropy representative for the National Charity League’s Ridgefield Chapter and as a voting member of the Ridgefield Youth Commission.
In her free time, Julia enjoys playing tennis, reading, traveling, and spending time with friends and family!

Sarah Korff
Sarah is currently a sophomore at Horace Mann School and it is her first year as a mentor. At school, Sarah is a member of Model Congress, Science Olympiad, and Ready 2 Wear(Fashion Publication). She is also a study buddy and student mentor for middle schoolers.
She loves watching them grow into their confident selves and offering guidance and support along the way. Outside of school, Sarah is a leader of TCAS(Teens Combating Antisemitism Task force). In her free time, Sarah loves to cheer for the Knicks or watch Survivor with her family.

Julia Lourenco
Julia Lourenco is a junior at Horace Mann School in New York City. She joined the program this year as a mentor, and currently serves as the Treasurer of the NYC Chapter.
Julia loves public speaking and writing, and is a part of her school’s newspaper and model congress team. She is also passionate about economics, running a variety of business-related clubs like the economics club, financial literacy, and cryptocurrency club at her school. Julia hopes to teach her mentees how to feel confident and empowered when entering male-dominated fields — such as the financial sector.
In her free time, Julia enjoys watching a good movie, spending time with friends, or going for long walks at Central Park!

Alexa Marr
I was part of the Ms. President program for 2 years before becoming a mentor. I learned how to write speeches, create presentations, and how to public speak from participating in the elections. Through the program I gained self confidence and hope that every girl that participates in the future also believes in themselves. My hope as a mentor is to help other girls gain the self confidence to put themselves out there and make a difference.

Judith Olivia Mohan
Judith Olivia Mohan is a Sophomore in High School, and this is her first year as a mentor for Ms. US President. She hopes to help young girls feel confident about themselves and achieve greater goals that help benefit our community as a whole.
Judith is passionate about playing the guitar and has had 3 years of experience with it. She loves to draw, write and learn new languages. She shares her likes to the world by sharing her art on social media and by being a part of the school newspaper. Additionally, she is learning/has learned 6 languages so far and aspires to learn more in the future.
She also enjoys public speaking and is part of UDL (Urban Debate League) in Career High School, New Haven. With aspirations to pursue a medical career, she enjoys volunteering at hospitals and participating in programs related to helping and nurturing for hospitalized patients.

Mohini Rathore
Mohini Rathore is a Junior at Wilton High School. This is her second year as a mentor with Ms President US and her first year as the Director of Public Relations. She competes for her school’s Varsity tennis team, volunteers at Norwalk Hospital, plays the viola for the Wilton High School Symphonic Orchestra, and has her Seal of Biliteracy in Spanish. Mohini is excited to join Ms President US for another year to meet new, ambitious young leaders and help them build confidence to achieve their goals.

Sofia Sahai
Sofia Sahai is a Junior at the Horace Mann School in The Bronx, New York. She is the Chapter Leader and founder of the New York City chapter, and she can’t wait to empower young girls to dream big and aim for high leadership positions. Sofia has strengthened her voice through civic engagement, and being able to amplify others’ voices has been integral in her love of learning and advocating.
In her free time, Sofia loves playing the guitar, writing poetry, doing the NYT crossword, listening to music, and reading! At school, she is the Secretary of the Student Government, the President of Model Congress, a Staff Writer for the school newspaper, a member of the poetry club, and a Middle School tutor. As a lover of public speaking and debating, whether with her brother or in History class, she is looking forward to rich discourse and hearing from amazing political leaders!

Gopika Sheth
Gopika Sheth is a sophomore at Choate Rosemary Hall. She has been a participant in the MPU program since 4th grade and then became a mentor in the Hamden Chapter.
At school, Gopika is involved in Model UN, Mock Trial, and the school political union. She also enjoys writing for her school newspaper. Gopika loves to dance and she also volunteers at IRIS working with young refugee children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading and baking.
Gopika hopes to help instill confidence in all the young girls in this program and help them with believing in themselves and their ability to create change in the world. She believes that with skills such as public speaking and how to present themselves well, the girls will be able to do whatever they set their minds to. Most of all, she hopes to be a role model for the girls as her high school mentors were for her.

Emelia Wacker
Emelia is a senior at Old Saybrook High School and a lead mentor for the Old Saybrook chapter of Ms President US. This is her fourth year involved with the program. Outside of Ms President, she is a competitive dancer and volunteer EMT. She is also an editor for her school’s newspaper, plays for the softball team, volunteers as a link leader, and works as a hostess.
